Allamanda Villa

Bequia

This attractive villa, named after the beautiful yellow flowers, known locally as buttercups, is situated on the very top of Mount Pleasant with quite stunning, uninterrupted views of the whole of Admiralty Bay. It is superbly fitted and furnished, offering very spacious, comfortable accommodation and also benefits from a large, well maintained garden with separate barbecue area and a swimming pool. A vehicle can be hired by arrangment with the owners at an extra charge, for quick and easy access to all the local facilities.

Accommodation:
Steps to front verandah. Door to large open plan living area, with comfy sofas and TV, dining area and spacious fully fitted kitchen. Doors to verandah at the rear of the villa with magnificent views and patio furniture. Situated one on each side of the living area, are two spacious double bedrooms with kingsize beds with doors leading to the rear verandah. Both have en-suite shower rooms and dressing rooms. Below the main villa, reached by an outside staircase and its own entrance is a further large bedroom with a double bed and also a double sofa-bed, table and chairs and separate shower room. There are ceiling fans and TV's in all the bedrooms. Telephone- local calls free. Internet connection is also available. The villa has a wall safe for valuables storeage.

Outside: Electrically operated security gates leading to driveway. Well maintained, very attractive gardens with swimming pool. Laundry facilities in garage. Separate, specially built covered area for barbecue with sink. Ample parking.

Staff: Maid service 3 days per week
Beach: Approximately 2 miles.
Shop/Supermarket: Approximately 2 miles.
Restaurant & Bars: Approximately 2 miles.
Car Hire: Vehicle available to hire by arrangement.
