Blue Lagoon is the northernmost house with beach access to Alleynes Bay (one of the best west-coast beaches) with Royal Pavilion and Glitter Bay hotels at the south end (about a mile away) and the Lone Star Caf in the middle of the bay.

The property has a highly attractive combination of a private deck with secluded terrace and pool overlooking the Caribbean, with steps down to Alleynes Bay beach.

This lovely privately owned villa is designed to take advantage not only of the panoramic sea views, but also the cooling trade winds Charming, luxurious, elegant and spacious are only some of the words that describe this classic Caribbean beach house. Directly in front of the house is a beautiful small lagoon, which provides excellent swimming, snorkeling, fishing, and boat access - hence the name Blue Lagoon.

The hotels have excellent facilities - water-sports of most types, tennis courts, gyms, boutiques, salons, both formal and informal bars and restaurants, and wonderful gardens. All of these facilities are accessible to Blue Lagoons guests and other non residents.

There is a turtle colony in the sea directly off the Lone Star Caf, which is one of the in spots in the Caribbean.

Accommodation:
The house has spacious reception rooms, comprising impressive entrance hall, lounge and dining areas, with modern powder room and fitted kitchen on the ground floor. The first floor contains three double bedrooms, all with dressing areas and en suite bathrooms - two have fabulous ocean views and the third has a pleasant outlook over the mature gardens. The house is newly furnished with top quality pieces, pickled wood ceilings and louvered shutters, all in Caribbean style. Throughout there are also high quality original paintings by well respected Bajan artists.

Outside:
Terrace, partly covered and with comfortable furniture, large sun deck with loungers, table and chairs, plunge pool and enclosed tropical garden. Private steps down to Alleynes Bay beach.

Staff: Three full time staff: house-keeper/cook, maid/laundress and security guard at night. Food and drink are not provided but can be arranged at extra charge and with prior notice.
Beach: In front of the property. Many others within easy distance on the West Coast.
Shop/Supermarket: 1 mile at Holetown. 6 miles to the capital Bridgetown. Weston Village with fresh fish market 1 mile. Restaurant & Bars: 1 mile to hotels with formal and informal bars, restaurants and wonderful gardens, also excellent watersports, tennis courts, gyms, boutiques and salons.
Car Hire: Recommended.
