Can be rented together to sleep maximum 8 persons in both apartments.

Situated in the centre of the main part of Cane Garden Bay, in an area that is inhabited by both local Tortolans and tourists alike, these apartments occupy the entire first floor of this two storey detached privately owned house. They are unusually designed, comfortable, spacious, light and airy and are ideal for those looking for easy access to the beach, bars and restaurants, all of which are within 100 yards of the property.

Accommodation:
Stairs lead up from the parking area to a balcony off which there are two separate entrances to each identical mirror image apartment. Patio doors into spacious living room, divided into semi separate sections by way of arches. Sitting area with 2 settees and an armchair, cable TV (with numerous channels) video player and stereo system (with CD player). Dining area with round dining table and 4 chairs. Further patio doors from the hall to a very small balcony with outdoor chairs. The kitchen is extremely well laid out and equipped with loads of attractive wooden units, gas cooker with cooker hood over, microwave, large fridge/freezer, blender and coffee machine. There are queen size beds, fitted cupboards and dressing tables in all the bedrooms. There is one bathroom in each apartment with a bath with a shower attachment over, basin and WC. There is a large storage cupboard in the hall area, ideal for suitcases and beach gear etc. There is also a 3ft wide fold-away/Z bed in each apartment.

Outside:
The small garden is mainly to the front of the property (the road side). Part of the driveway to the rear of Bayside House, is shared by the next door property and there is ample parking on the grass at the rear.
