Overlooking the sea and with all the facilities of Sandy Point Resort at guests" disposal, this modern apartment, situated within a block of similar apartments is ideal for those who do not wish to rely on a hire car, as there are beaches, shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance, as well as the resort on-site tennis court, large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, restaurant, bar/games room and attractive grounds with children"s play area.

Accommodation:
Well equipped kitchen with dining area. Adjoining area with TV which can either be used as a sitting room or a twin bedroom. Balcony or patio. Shower room with shower and wash-basin, separate WC. Upstairs: Landing area with single bed that can be pulled out to form a double bed. Double bedroom. Air conditioning. Telephone: small charge for local calls.

Outside:Extensive shared grounds with large swimming pool with Jacuzzi, smaller swimming pool, tennis court and children"s play area. Steps lead to beach that is part sand, part rocky.

Staff: Maid service 3 days per week
Beach: Small beach reached by steps
Shop/Supermarket: Mini-mart close by.
Restaurant & Bars: On site
Car Hire: Not essential
