Perched on the rise, overlooking and only 150 yards from Oualie Beach, this gorgeous 3 bedroomed, detached, single storey Villa is designed in the traditional style, with wide verandahs on all three sides. It is set in the middle of its own delightful and very private one acre tropical gardens and there are lovely views across the sea to St Kitts beyond. Adjacent to the South/West facing verandah, there is a 30ft x 15ft swimming pool, with a large decking area to one side - perfect for sunbathing.

Carambola is very much the owners second home and has been carefully and tastefully furnished to a high standard. The rooms are spacious, cool and inviting and the superb, very large covered verandah surrounding three sides of the property is designed for comfortable outdoor/indoor living. All in all, this delightful villa is suitable for either a large family group, or even a couple we believe, would be more than happy to stay here for a holiday.

Accommodation:
Comfortable living room with sofas, small TV and stereo/CD player. Table and chairs. Very well fitted kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine and blender. Extensive verandah, which acts as a second living room with various sofas, a lounger and also a hammock. Master bedroom with queen size bed, en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Dressing room/closet. Double bedroom with queen size bed. Further bedroom with two sets of bunks. Both the bottom bunks open into double beds. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. Telephone available, with guests credit card details.

Outside: Swimming pool with sunbathing area. Tropical gardens with areas of lawn, flowering shrubs, trees and granite rocks. Parking in drive.

Staff: Maid service 3 days per week included, further maid service available at extra charge.
Beach: 150 yards.
Shop/Supermarket: Mile to Sunshine Shoppers at airport.
Restaurant & Bars: 150 yards.
Car Hire: Recommended
