Christa Villa sits on the crest of a small hill just five minutes stroll from the beach, tennis courts and other fine amenities offered by Leverick Bay Resort and Marina. An incredible 270 degree vista over the Caribbean Sea and Virgin Gorda headlands can be enjoyed from the spacious decks, whether dining under the covered terraces or sunbathing by the pool.

Christa Villa was designed with the ideal vacation holiday in mind and is especially suitable for elderly or handicapped guests,with its' one level floor plan and access ramp into the house. It is delightfully and very comfortably furnished with opulent rattan, colourful furnishings and tropical art. It has the added advantage in that it is favourably priced according to the number of bedrooms required and there is a further 4 bedroomed property located nearby (availability permitting, at extra charge) thereby offering, with Christa Villa a total of nine bedrooms, ideal for large groups or family reunions.

Accommodation:
Enormous living room, incorporating a comfortable sitting area with sofas and chairs, lounging area for TV and video, a dining area with seating for up to10 people and a kitchen area, divided from the living area by a breakfast bar, fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

The bedrooms, all of which are air conditioned are arranged in order that either 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms may be utilised and the property is priced accordingly. They consist of 2 bedrooms, both with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms, one with 2 x queen size beds and an en-suite bathroom and a fourth bedroom with 2 x twin beds and also a double size "trundle" bed. There is a further studio with its' own entrance, a king size bed, kitchenette, bathroom and private covered balcony, perfect for those requiring a little privacy.

Outside: Irregular shaped swimming pool with spacious sun-bathing deck with loungers and covered terraces for those preferring a degree of shade.
