Coconut Grove is an enchanting two storey, very large five bedroomed Villa perched on a gentle hillside above beautiful Leverick Bay and has spectacular views of the North Sound and Caribbean sea. Being only a stone"s throw from the beach and all the amenities of Leverick Bay Resort, this pool-side villa is perfectly suited for couples, family reunions, weddings or receptions for special events and is also suitable for disabled, the first floor being wheelchair friendly. It is surrounded by tropical gardens with coconut palms and there is a large swimming pool and alfresco bar on the terrace.

Accommodation:
The extremely spacious 'Great Room' with its" dramatic Cathedral ceiling and several ceiling fans, has captivating views and three sets of patio doors to the covered outdoor lounging and dining areas, sun terrace and pool. This wonderful room, situated on the upper floor comprises a sitting area with comfortable sofas and chairs, a dining area with seating for up to ten people and a large very well equipped kitchen with a centre island breakfast bar and stools.

There are five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, all are equal in size and feature king size beds, air conditioning, phone, cable TV and patio doors to their own private balconies with colourful ocean views. One upper and one lower suite have double ' trundle' beds for an additional 4 persons.
The upper floor is suitable for wheelchairs and includes three bedrooms decorated in relaxing tones of cool greens and sandy beiges, highlighted with a stylish blend of wicker and antique furniture. The two other bedrooms are accessed via a spiral staircase from the Great Room to the lower level.


Outside:
Tropical gardens surround the villa and there are various covered patios/terraces/balconies, all with outstandingly beautiful views, a sun-bathing terrace adjoining the attractively shaped swimming pool and an alfresco bar. There are numerous outdoor/indoor tables and chairs and also sun-loungers.
