Situated above Clarke Rock in Leverick Bay, Euphoria, as the name suggests, commands spectacular views of North Sound and the surrounding islands. The design, both exterior and interior is luxurious and with a sweeping sun deck, surrounding the private swimming pool, with a covered terrace adjoining for those preferring shade, it is the perfect place to relax and admire this stunning view. The beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife are all within five minutes walk of the property, thereby offering something for all the family.

Accommodation:
Well furnished and comfortable living room, with ceiling fans and access to the terrace and pool. This room is comprised of a sitting area with cane furniture, TV, video, stereo system, dining area with glass topped table and chairs and a separate kitchen area divided from the main living room by a breakfast bar with three stools. The ultra modern kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

The master bedroom with king size bed has two sets of patio doors to the terrace and an en-suite shower-room. There are two twin bedrooms and a further shower room. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans. On the lower level there is a self contained, air-conditioned room with a queen size bed, sitting and kitchen areas and en-suite shower room.

Outside:
Small swimming pool surrounded by a terrace, some of which is partially covered for those preferring a degree of shade.
The property is arranged so that it can be separated to provide accommodation for between two and eight persons and is priced accordingly.
