There are fabulous 230 degree views overlooking Cane Garden Bay and a number of islands including Jost van Dyke. Enjoy the Caribbean sunset from a lounger beside the pool, or the open, yet covered sitting or dining rooms. Tastefully decorated and furnished with quality, mainly Indonesian furniture, here comfort is the order of the day and with just about every conceivable "extra" one can think of guests will find it hard to leave this little piece of heaven of earth.

Accommodation:

Gate from the drive into enclosed pool area. Further gate into open yet covered dining room with refectory table, seating for 6, dresser and French door into breakfast room and kitchen. A few steps down from dining room into open, covered sitting room with settee and chairs, football table game and French doors into delightful main living room with sofa and armchair, 32" flat screen TV with all cable channels, DVD, stereo system, IPOD charger, telephone and internet connection. A computer may be supplied by separate negotiation.

A few steps up through an archway into the breakfast room with table and seating for 6. Further archway into very well fitted and equipped kitchen, with gas cooker with griddle and large oven, microwave, fridge freezer, double sink, dishwasher and a numerous amount of kitchen equipment including a bread-maker.

Double bedroom with queen size 5ft bed and French doors to own balcony. Twin bedroom with 3ft single beds.Childs bedroom with full size single bed and a/c. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin set into vanity unit and WC. Staircase from hall up to landing. Wonderful master bedroom with windows right across one wall, thereby taking advantage of the gorgeous views, huge 6ft 6ins Kingsize 4 poster bed, sofa, TV, DVD, radio, telephone, a/c and even a Tunturs elliptical exercise machine! En-suite shower room with enormous walk in shower and double basins set into vanity unit and WC.

There are ceiling fans throughout and air conditioning in master bedroom and childrens room. Plentiful books, games, children's toys and high chair. A cot can be supplied by arrangement.

Outside: Fabulous very inviting swimming pool approx 36ft long x 21ft wide with steps down into shallow end, sunbathing deck, parasol, table and chairs and tropical plants. This is totally fenced with gates both to the parking area and main house. Parking area for up to three cars and beautiful tropical plants and trees surround the villa.

There is a laundry room beneath the house with washing machine, tumble dryer and outside drying line.

Staff: Daily maid service including change of bed-linen, towels and beach towels as and when required included in price. The charming housekeeper, who lives on site, can provide extra cleaning, laundry and breakfast or lunch or preparation of some/all meals, provisioning/shopping prior to, or during your stay, and also baby sitting all of which is available by arrangement at extra charge.

Beach: Cane Garden Bay 1 mile, Apple Bay the surfing beach is a 7 minute drive, and Long Bay a 10 minute drive.
