Friendship Garden Apartments

Bequia

Two separate identical detached buildings, with spacious accommodation on ground floor and first floor level. Situated in a quiet area, these four apartments are similar in design, completely self-contained, each having a separate entrance and their own individual patio or balcony. They are comfortably furnished, all have a good degree of privacy and each apartment has a wall safe. There are views to the lovely Friendship Bay, with its" beautiful white sand beach just a short level walk away.

Accommodation
Ground Floor Apartments
Each has an open plan living room, with a well fitted and equipped kitchen area and large glass sliding doors to covered patio with garden furniture. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Shower room with shower only. Separate WC and separate wash basin. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and mosquito nets over the beds. The ground floor units have air conditioning available at extra cost. (see below).

First Floor Apartments
Open plan living room with well fitted and equipped kitchen area and patio door to balcony (uncovered) with garden furniture. Two double bedrooms with ceiling fans and mosquito nets over the beds. Shower room with shower only. Separate WC and separate wash basin. These 1st Floor apartments have retractable awnings to provide shade.

Outside
Patios or balconies with views across countryside to the sea. Attractive shared gardens surround the properties. Parking area beside the road.

Staff: Twice weekly maid service included
Beach: 250 yards
Shop, Supermarket: Minimart 300 yards or Port Elizabeth 1.75 miles
Restaurant & Bars: Port Elizabeth or Lower Bay 1 mile.
Car Hire: Not essential but recommended. Owner can arrange.
