This ocean front home is set on the end of Craigston Point, with stunning views over Hillsborough Bay and enjoys cooling breezes from a spacious verandah that overlooks a totally private sun deck and plunge pool.

Accommodation
Open-plan living room with CD player, dining and kitchen area, tastefully decorated and furnished with double patio doors leading from the living and kitchen area to the spacious covered verandah. Very well equipped kitchen.
Master bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom with two double beds and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms have screened windows and ceiling fans. Telephone. Tiled floors throughout.

Outside: Landscaped gardens. Plunge pool and surrounding sun deck.
Staff: Maid service 2 mornings per week.
Beach: 8 minutes' walk to swimming and snorkelling cove. 4 minutes' walk to further swimming beach.
Shop, Supermarket: Hillsborough: 10 minutes' walk to daytime bus service to town, or 10 minutes' drive.
Restaurant & Bars: Hillsborough: 10 minutes' walk to daytime bus service to town, or 10 minutes' drive.
Car Hire: Jeep hire recommended though not essential.
