A unique two acre property situated on a spectacular hill site at Cap Estate. The villa enjoys full 360 degree views of the island and out to sea to Martinique. Once a thriving 1500 acre sugar plantation covering the entire northern tip of St. Lucia, Cap Estate is now the islands most exclusive residential development. Ideally situated in rolling hills, snug between the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea, Cap Estate residences offer the region's most spectacular views.

Accommodation
The house has one air conditioned master bedroom with a king-size bed and a loft with twin beds and one bathroom. The sitting/dining room opens out onto a series of covered and uncovered patios. There is large swimming pool situated in an open air pool deck. Radio/cassette/CD player/TV with cablevision.
