Set on the headland overlooking Hillsborough Bay, Indigo has stunning, uninterrupted views of turquoise seas, out islands and sailing boats coming and going into the town about a mile and a half to the south.
This home has been carefully designed and situated to provide beautiful views from every part of the property without compromising on privacy, which is a major asset. Set in over of an acre of gardens at the very edge of an old lime plantation, Indigo has the advantage of being secluded while remaining within easy reach of the main road and amenities of the island.


Accommodation:

The main house is open plan and airy with dining and lounging areas adjacent to the large, very well appointed kitchen. Sliding glass panels, large picture windows and high ceilings all add to the overall feeling of light and space. The master bedroom and the guest bedroom are situated at opposite ends of the house to ensure personal privacy. Both bedrooms have wonderful views out to sea, which can be enjoyed, from the large four-poster beds or the private terraces adjoining each room. Both have en-suite facilities and the guest bedroom features its own kitchenette. Indigo has the advantage of being fully screened and air conditioned throughout. It is equipped and furnished to a very high standard with most of the furniture having been custom made from local white cedar. The effect is tasteful, uncluttered and very comfortable.


Outside:
An especially lovely feature of the property is the large amount of outdoor living space. There are an abundance of places to congregate for meals and drinks or to quietly enjoy a space of your own at any time of the day or night. The pool area is deliberately set lower than the main deck to offer additional privacy. The pool is L-shaped and at its longest is 20 feet - a great place to cool off and enjoy the sunshine and the moonlight or even get in a few laps if the mood takes you. This is tropical living at its best! A gently sloping path leads through the garden and part of the estate to the delightful swimming/snorkeling cove known as Tom's Bay.

All rooms have ceiling fans and a/c units.
All windows and sliding doors have insect screens.
Radio/CD Players with a wide selection of discs.
Exceptionally well-equipped kitchen.
Laundry room with washing machine and covered drying area.
Telephone and broadband Internet connection for your laptop computer.
All linens, towels and beach/pool towels provided.
Hair dryers in both bedrooms.


Staff: Maid service 2 to 4 mornings a week by arrangement.
Beach: 2 mins walk, private access to Tom's Bay via garden.
Shop/Supermarket: 10 minute walk along estate track to daytime bus service to town.
Restaurant & Bars: In the town.
Car Hire: Jeep rental recommended but not essential.

No children under 12 years old.
