This very attractive, luxury villa is situated adjacent to the famous Mount Irvine Golf Course and has wonderful, far-reaching views over the golf course and out to sea. Fanned by breezes this villa is superbly equipped with relaxation in mind. Spread over one level, this is a lovely spacious house with a beautiful garden and swimming pool and in a great position right on the edge of the Mount Irvine championship golf course. Excellent family house and very child-friendly.
Accommodation
From the entrance there is a very large and spacious open plan living dining room with full height ceiling and excellent fully equipped kitchen. Ceiling fans in living room and covered terrace. Very nicely furnished and decorated to a high standard. Very large double doors leading out on to a covered terrace, garden, swimming pool and terrace. On each side of the living area there are two king size double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms with double 'his and hers' basins. There are French doors leading out to the garden with very nice views to the pool and golf course. Second bedroom is also a king size double with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite shower room with double doors and louvered shutters leading to the garden. On the other side of the living area the accommodation is repeated with exactly the same layout. Split aircondition unit and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. This is a very pretty house, simple but very attractive with delightful decor and the spacious outside covered terrace is absolutely charming with rattan furniture and comfortable loungers.
Outside
Numerous flowering plants and a very pretty mature garden. The pool is about 20 x 15 feet with a lovely terrace full of plants and palms. There is a second covered terrace at one end of the pool with bar area, barbeque and lots of tables and chairs, ceiling fan, pool room with cloakroom. Lovely view from the garden to the golf course and there is direct access to the fairway through a gate in the fence. Laundry and housekeeper's room opposite main entrance to the house.
Staff: Maid service and full laundry facilities. Cook available at extra cost. Baby sitting by private arrangement.
