Mor Gan

Grenada

Mor-Gn (Welsh for "sea song") is a lovely, compact waterside villa situated in a quiet bay on the southern end of the island. Beautifully furnished and built to a high specification by its British owners, who live close by, it enjoys marvellous views across the bay and out to sea and makes a wonderful base for a holiday.

Accommodation
Large full-width verandah with patio furniture and access to living room and kitchen in centre, flanked either side by two identical bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge and fridge/freezer, coffee machine, liquidizer, etc. Work top/bar overlooking living room with comfortable 3-piece suite, cable TV - 40 channels, CD/cassette player, telephone (local calls free, charge-card for international calls) and French windows to verandah. Both bedrooms have twin 3ft beds that can be configured as king size doubles, mosquito nets and overhead fans, ample cupboards, en-suite shower rooms with large showers, WCs and wash-basins.

Outside
Parking for 2 cars at rear. Large garden leading down to the water's edge, laid mainly to grass with tropical shrubs and flowers. Sea access via jetty and steps, with spacious sun deck over the water. Large "saline" swimming pool with paved patio leading from the veranda.

Staff: Daily maid and laundry service (ex Sundays).
Beach: Best sandy beach approx. 1.4 miles.
Shop/Supermarket: Mini-mart 1.3 miles. Main shops and banks etc. approx. 3 miles.
Restaurant & Bars: Nearest .6 mile - 1.5 miles.
Car Hire: Recommended

LOW SEASON: 1 Jun to 30 Nov
£1042 sterling ($1875 US dollars) per week
