This beautiful villa, purpose-designed and custom-built for larger family or group holidays, is also perfect for wedding parties or small corporate gatherings away from it all. Located within just a few yards of a quiet beach, this magnificent house looks out over a picturesque and sheltered bay in L'Anse aux pines, the largely residential area in the south of Grenada.

Accommodation
Nutmeg Bay has five bedrooms (three king size and two twins), all with splendid en-suite bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 people in absolute comfort. Although the oceanfront setting ensures a near-constant trade wind breeze, all the bedrooms are air conditioned for additional comfort. They open directly onto the fabulous south-facing sun and pool terrace, with its beautiful wooden furniture and superb infinity edge swimming pool. The crystal clear pool is balanced with Baquacil, making it free of chlorine and all the associated problems. Two gazebos provide covered outdoor dining and seating areas and there is ample space for relaxing in and out of the sun.
Despite the fact that outdoor living is what holidays in Grenada are all about, Nutmeg Bay has still more relaxed and luxurious comfort inside. From the large and amazingly well equipped kitchen to the dining area with seating for up to 10 people. From the beautifully furnished lounge and atrium to the outside barbecue terrace.

To make for easy catering, the fully fitted kitchen has a large cooker, icemaker, fridge/freezer, large drinks chiller, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and toaster. All drinking water is filtered and there is a small breakfast bar.

The lounge area, which also opens directly onto the terrace and pool deck area, is fitted with a comprehensive hi-fi sound system. Cable TV is available with some 50 channels, including all the main international news channels. And all bedrooms have their own extension phone and Internet access line. There is a large gas-fired barbecue for outside catering. All Nutmeg Bays windows are screened against insects. There is a small security safe for your valuables.
The design of Nutmeg Bay Villa is such that there are two quite separate wings, with the lounge area in between. One wing is normally configured with two king bedrooms and the other with one king and two twin bedrooms. This arrangement can be altered to suit the individual needs of different groups if needed. Please contact us to discuss your groups specific requirements.

The catering options at Nutmeg Bay are wide and varied. Your housekeeper can provide a limited menu meal service, including breakfast and other meals at a small additional cost. Alternatively, more extensive and elaborate catering can be provided up to international cuisine standards, either in buffet form or more formal arrangements. Where additional catering and staff services are required by guests, these will be quoted and charged separately.

Staff Nutmeg Bay is fully-serviced by Cicelin, your housekeeper six days a week. All your laundry and normal housekeeping needs are provided for, including cooking and babysitting if required.
