Owl Cottage

Grenada

Idyllically situated in an elevated position within a secluded tropical garden and a Large kidney shaped swimming pool, Owl Cottage is an English owned, very comfortable home that enjoys wonderful sea views across Prickly Bay. It is just 60 metres from a golden sand, palm fringed beach, yet is close to shop and restaurant facilities, including the world famous Calabash Hotel.

Accommodation
Steps up from the drive to large sliding door entrance to spacious living/dining room with comfortable furniture. Cable TV with 35 channels. Disc player (CD player). Telephone, credit card required for international calls but local calls free. French windows to large verandah with patio furniture and extensive sea views over the bay and yacht anchorage. Well equipped kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, and large fridge/freezer. Two twin bedrooms both with 3ft beds which can be pushed together to form 6ft doubles, ceiling fans, en-suite bathrooms with shower, WC and wash basin.

Outside
Parking for one car in drive. Beautifully maintained garden planted with many interesting species of tropical shrubs and Large Kidney shaped swimming

Staff: Housekeeper/cook (highly commended) included in price.
Maid has laundry area downstairs with washing machine and will do small amounts of personal laundry.
Beach: 60 metres
Shop/Supermarket: Mini-mart 200 metres. Main shops, banks etc. 2.5 miles
Restaurant & Bars: Five minutes walk
Car Hire: Can be arranged, but not essential

This property is unsuitable for children under 10.

LOW SEASON 23rd Apr to 30th Nov
£1000 sterling ($1800 US dollars) per week
