This elegant, very homely and exceptionally comfortable detached cottage style villa is one of a few similar properties situated in an exclusive neighbourhood and overlooks a luscious coconut palm grove. It has stunning panoramic sea views to neighbouring island Jost Van Dyke and is surrounded by splendid tropical gardens. Long Bay beach, a magnificent stretch of over one mile of white sand is approximately 100 yards away, perfect for an early morning or evening stroll and Smugglers Cove, regarded as one of the most beautiful unspoilt beaches in the British Virgin Islands is a few minutes drive and is excellent for swimming and snorkelling. Palm Grove is constructed in classic style with sparkling white stucco walls and high ceilings and enjoys gently cooling sea breezes. It is most attractively furnished with quality tasteful furnishings, reflecting the style and excellent taste of the owners and is very much a home away from home, making it the perfect holiday villa for a wide range of visitors from honeymooners to families with children. Accommodation
Staircases divide the open plan living area as follows: Front door into small entrance hall. Stairs down to attractive, very nicely fitted and well equipped kitchen and includes a dining table and chairs, gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and a stereo/CD system. Further stairs down to comfortable triple aspect sitting room, with sofas and armchair, cushioned window seat, TV, video, library of various books and videos and large glass doors to patio/deck. The pretty master bedroom is on the same level as the kitchen and has a 4ft 6ins double bed and en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Stairs lead up from the hall to the twin bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds (can be pushed together). Shower room with shower, basin, WC and large storage cupboard. There are fans in all the rooms (no a/c). A cot is available on request.

Outside
The patio/deck is the perfect spot for al-fresco meals and has fabulous sea and countryside views over Arawak land, it has a good quality patio table and chairs with umbrella and a barbeque. The Villa is surrounded by delightful landscaped gardens/grounds, shared with the other properties in this exclusive neighbourhood and is filled with (when in season) bright hibiscus, frangipani, bougainvillea as well as plentiful mango and lime trees, giving a glorious splash of beautiful Caribbean colour. The parking area is to the rear of the villa, which is the last property in the road/drive and therefore has a good degree of total privacy. Beach chairs and cool boxes provided. No smoking indoors.
