Pelican Point is a very large rambling villa situated in an exclusive area of Nevis and the delightful tropical gardens adjoin the beach. There are, as one would expect from such a position, fabulous views over the sea and the neighbouring island of St. Kitts and the property has its' own large rectangular swimming pool which is completely surrounded by a fence, thereby giving a degree of safety for small children.

Accommodation
Spacious, comfortable and well furnished living room, with sofas, chairs, TV, and three sets of louvered doors to the verandah. Separate kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice-maker and louvered doors to covered deck which incorporates a dining area with refectory pine dining table and chairs and also garden furniture. Master bedroom with king-size bed and two sets of doors to the deck. Extra large family bathroom with enormous double shower cubicle (2 shower heads), plus separate bath with shower over, 2 basins and WC.
Double bedroom with 2 x twin beds pushed together to form a king-size double (or can be separate) and doors to the deck. Further bedroom with 2 x twin beds, en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC and louvered doors to the front deck. There are mosquito nets over all the beds and ceiling fans throughout. Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
