Serenely nestled abreast the hillside and directly on Mahoe Bays' superb beach, this delightful architecturally pleasing Villa has unsurpassed views and all three octagonal bedrooms have separate entrances affording total privacy. A refreshing swimming pool and spacious covered outdoor patio, complete with dining area separates the Villa from the white powdery sand beach just twenty yards away. This is a perfect spot for admiring the heavenly sunsets and the ever-changing hues of blues and greens of the crystal clear Caribbean Sea.
The entire villa is beautifully furnished and complemented with tasteful decor and furnishings in stunning, subtle Caribbean colours, resembling the rich tropical gardens outside. Snorkelling, swimming and sunbathing are right on your doorstep and there is a cosy Italian restaurant a mere ten minutes stroll down the beach.

Accommodation
The 'great room' boasts a high cathedral style ceiling adding to the grandeur of the villa and comprises a very comfortable sitting area with satellite TV with video, stereo, telephone, an indoor dining area and a well equipped modern kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee maker.
The master bedroom is accessed by two external staircases near the pool area and has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. A further double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom has a separate entrance from the patio. There is also a twin bedroom with a combination powder/bathroom with entry from the great room.

Outside
Colourful tropical gardens with gate directly onto the beach, swimming pool, various sunbathing terraces and covered patios. Parking area.

Staff Maid service daily apart from Sundays/Public holidays.

Shop, Supermarket 2 miles.
Restaurant & Bars 10 minutes walk - Georgios - excellent Italian cuisine.
Car Hire Strongly recommended.
