With its distinctly Caribbean ambience, light and airy tropical feel and built to a high standard, the villa is extremely comfortably furnished, is well equipped and has its own private swimming pool.

Accommodation
Large living room with sitting and dining areas and doors to the paved poolside. Telephone, Cable TV with all movie, sports and news channels as well as VCR. Modern light and spacious fully equipped kitchen. Cloakroom with WC and wash basin. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms with sea views, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Both have en-suite shower rooms.

Outside
Swimming pool with large secluded pool deck, garden furniture and sun- loungers. Enclosed spacious tropical garden with many plants, birds and indigenous wild life species including iguanas, squirrels and wild parrots. Parking. Barbecue.
