These beautifully built "colonial" style, identical villas are situated in a quiet residential area close to beaches at Pigeon Point and Store Bay. Each villa is privately owned and offers very comfortable accommodation, enclosed landscaped gardens and individual swimming pool, some with separate jacuzzis.

Accommodation
Ground floor: Living room with TV, stereo and pool bar leading to poolside patio. Telephone. Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and door to patio. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. First floor: Master double bedroom with either a king or queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. Further twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have a door leading to a large covered balcony overlooking the garden and swimming pool. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. Fully equipped kitchen also leading onto balcony which has a large dining area.

Paved patio, swimming pool (some with jacuzzi), landscaped gardens and barbecue area.
