Toad Hall Cottages

This attractive 5/6 bedroom, 4 bath family compound is located on the northwest coast of Nevis right on the beach and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Although the gated property is very private, the house is less than 5 minutes from Oualie Beach and its sports facilities (catamaran sails, scuba diving, kayaking, mountain biking, deep-sea fishing and wind surfing).

The one plus acre grounds are beautifully landscaped with mature palm trees, oleander and bougainvillea and have a magnificent view to St. Kitts and the sunset over the Caribbean.
There is a small freshwater pool and deck, a lovely dining terrace overlooking the sea and an almost private 150 feet of beachfront excellent for swimming and snorkelling.

The house is also within 10 minutes of the airport, a number of excellent restaurants, beach bars and the Robert Trent Jones golf course at the Four Seasons Hotel. The capital, Charlestown, is just 15 minutes away.

Accommodation
The main house has 3/4 bedrooms: 1 queen in the master suite, 1 queen in the front guestroom, 2 twins in the back bedroom (can be combined into 1 king) and a twin daybed in a small den.
The living room is spacious and airy and opens to a very large screened in terrace ideal for dining and entertaining. The house has ceiling fans in every room, 2 cable televisions, VCR, stereo with CD player, Internet connection, a fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry cottage.
There are views to the sea from almost every room.The property also has two charming cottages located right on the beach. The cottage has a lovely screened-in porch, bathroom with shower, cable television, phone, intercom and simple island furnishings. The first cottage has 2 double beds, the second has 1 queen sized bed and efficiency kitchen.
Maid service is included 5 hours, 5 days per week (less if you would like) and a groundskeeper cares for the property daily. All linens and bath and beach towels are provided.
The house is well equipped for children and comes with 2 high chairs, a port-a-crib and numerous beach and pool toys. A cook or babysitter can be provided at an additional cost upon request.
We request that guests do not smoke indoors and do not bring pets.
