This detached villa is situated in a secluded and private hillside position, up an unmade road on Monks Hill on the southern side of Antigua. The accent is very much on 'open' light and airy living, as there are no windows or doors on two sides of the living areas, thereby maximising the welcome breeze and fabulous views over Falmouth Harbour, surrounding hills and of course the sparkling turquoise blue Caribbean Sea. The unusual layout, make this excellent home from home accommodation for either a family, or two/three couples looking for something a bit different. Set in a lovely quiet crime free area and not overlooked, Tamarind is comfortably furnished and well equipped and is situated away from, yet within easy driving distance of all the main tourist attractions that English Harbour has to offer. There is also a swimming/plunge pool with sunbathing deck at the front of the Villa.

Accommodation
Staircase from the parking area up to a delightful 1st floor very spacious L shaped living room, completely open at the front, with sofas, chairs, double sofa-bed, table and chairs, polished timber flooring with rugs which are prevalent throughout the villa, covered deck/balcony on two sides. Portable stereo system with CD player. (A TV and video are available on request from the owner at no extra charge). Kitchen area to one side of the living room, with gas hob, microwave/convector oven and fridge/freezer. This area is also open at the front and is beside the swimming pool. Triple aspect double bedroom off the deck with Queen size bed. Telephone. Shower room with shower, small basin and WC. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC.

Newly landscaped terraced gardens, parking area, covered deck/balcony with outdoor furniture. Uncovered swimming/plunge pool (20ft x 10ft and 7ft deep) with sunbathing deck and sun loungers.
