Villa On The Beach

Appropriately named, this beachside villa with a swimming pool is what makes this single storey property so very special and popular, particularly with snorkellers. The creative design allows for privacy for up to 8 guests, as well as an abundance of breathtaking views of the sea and neighbouring islands.
Literally steps away from the long white sand beach to the front, the villa is exquisitely furnished and complemented with furnishings and paintwork in pretty shades of soft pastels and coral. It has the added advantage in that it may be rented with either 2 or 4 bedrooms and is priced accordingly.

Accommodation
Superb open plan living room with cathedral ceiling, comprising two sitting areas with wicker furniture, telephone, TV with video (no cable) and stereo system. Dining area and spacious bright and well appointed kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and island breakfast bar incorporating a 'wet bar'.
Master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom and glass doors to patio. Further master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom and patio doors which open out onto a quiet garden nook, just beneath the great Banyon tree. Double bedroom with queen size bed and there is also a twin bedroom. Shower room.

Outside
Attractively shaped swimming pool with sun bathing terrace and sun- loungers. Outdoor dining terrace with table and chairs and further shaded terraces/patios. Beautifully landscaped, very colourful gardens and grounds with gate onto the beach. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and there are numerous ceiling fans throughout the villa.
