Toad Hall Cottages

Situated on the hillside, in a sparsely populated area along a gravel road just above Brewers Bay, a wonderful half mile long sandy beach, good for swimming and snorkelling, stand these two, totally secluded delightful properties: Soursop House and Passion Flower Cottage. For a large family group they can be rented together, or independently for smaller parties, as they are completely separate being approximately 75 yards apart, set within their own individual areas of beautiful gardens and grounds totalling over an acre. There are parking spaces in the drive and a telephone in both properties (incoming and local calls only, personal credit cards for International calls). All the rooms have ceiling fans and the beds are covered with original hand made bedspreads. There is a large washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate, adjoining room off Soursop House. There is a large infinite-edge swimming pool and a Jacuzzi in the grounds of Soursop House. Overlooking the sea and surrounding islands both near and far, the spectacular views from both houses are absolutely stunning, you may feel you are on your very own desert island, yet within one to two miles of bars/restaurants and of course the beaches which are only a few minutes drive away. A more tranquil, peaceful and totally private spot is hard to find in the Caribbean these days, so listen carefully and you may hear whispering soursops!

SOURSOP HOUSE

(Main House) Sleeps 6 (3 bedrooms)
Entrance is via the spacious rear covered patio and garden with feature stone wall, granite boulders and garden furniture into the large light and airy living room with marble floor, comfy leather sofas, chairs, large TV, video, DVD player and a stereo system with CDs supplied. There is a library containing books on the flora/fauna and history of the Caribbean. Adjoining well equipped fitted kitchen area, with gas cooker. Microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. From the living room, floor to ceiling windows and French doors on two sides lead into open fronted L shaped dining room, off which there is a timber deck (with garden furniture) running the length of and on two side of the house. This is a superb spot for admiring the view, studying the lovely array of birds, including Humming birds, annies (similar to parrots), Hawks and the various beautiful species of doves and also watching the sun go down.
Master double bedroom with King-size bed, walk in wardrobe and French doors on two sides opening onto the patio. En-suite bathroom with extra large shower cubicle, basin set into vanity unit, WC and door to patio. Further double bedroom with queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with basin and WC. Downstairs, with its' own independent access from the front veranda, there is a further bedroom with a queen size and double bed, table and chairs and en-suite bathroom with extra large shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Outside
The house is surrounded by attractive gardens, patios, and a very large sun deck, part of which is covered on two side of the house. There is plenty of garden furniture, a hammock plus of course the swimming pool and Jacuzzi and an additional outside shower.

PASSION FLOWER COTTAGE
Accommodation
Entrance to Passion Flower Cottage is via a delightful pergola with passion fruit vines and covered dining deck. French doors into a spacious, comfortably furnished living room, with Queen size sofa bed, TV, Video, DVD and further French doors opening out onto a large balcony overlooking Brewer's Bay. Well fitted kitchen area to one side, with gas cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. Passion Flower Cottage has one bedroom furnished with a King size bed and bathroom.

Staff Maid service by arrangement, included in price. Excellent catering (all meals available) and therapeutic massage by arrangement with the owner at extra cost.
Beach One mile with beach/snack bars.
Shop Supermarket One and a half to two miles.
Restaurant & Bars One and a half to two miles.
Car Hire Essential. Jeep recommended and can be arranged.
