This delightful light and airy large villa set high up on the hillside with gorgeous 180 degree views, overlooks the Sir Francis Drake channel and neighbouring islands and is the perfect spot for a large family looking for homely, spacious accommodation with their own private secluded swimming pool, all at a reasonable price. It would also suit a couple or two looking for a little space. Situated on the Southern side of the island in an exclusive area with a few similar neighbouring properties, the villa is well placed for visiting all the wonderful Tortola beaches and has the advantage of not being too far from Road Town, the capital of the BVI. Wyndcliffe is comfortable, not overly modern and provides a delightful welcoming ambience.

Accommodation
Spacious, comfortably furnished living room with sofas, easy chairs, cable TV with 27 ins. screen (basic channels), VCR, stereo radio cassette/CD, dining area with small round table and chairs. Patio doors to sun deck and swimming pool. Telephone. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with an enormous amount of crockery etc. along with a gas stove, microwave, grill, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. Door to pool deck and utility room with further fridge/freezer and tumble dryer. Master bedroom with 6ft king-size four-poster bed with drapes, patio doors to sun deck, telephone, basin and en-suite bathroom with bath (shower over) and WC. Twin bedroom with 3ft beds. Further small twin bedroom with 3ft beds. Bathroom with bath (shower over) basin and WC. Annexe with access from the pool deck through patio doors leading directly into an office/bedroom with 3ft bed, telephone/fax machine and small library of books. Adjoining this single room is a further bedroom with double 4ft 6ins bed, patio doors to deck and en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Spiral staircase from the single room up to charming first floor twin bedroom with 3ft beds (can be combined to form a king-size bed) and en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Beautiful views can be enjoyed from this room. Private balcony with hammock.

Fans in all rooms. (No air conditioning this is not necessary at Wyndcliffe). Cot/crib and high chair.

Outside

Driveway with ample parking for several cars. Large gated entrance to pool deck and villa. Tropical style hillside gardens surround the property. 25ft x 11ft chest deep (for an adult) swimming pool and deck with poolside furniture comprising table and chairs for al-fresco meals, sun-loungers, pool toys, hammocks etc.

Staff Maid service twice per week included in price. Cook available at extra cost by separate negotiation with caretaker. Gardener once a week.

Shop. Supermarket 10 minutes drive Nanny Cay or Road Town 15 minutes drive.
