Travel Info

Each Caribbean Island has it’s own idiosyncrasies, however here is some useful information that applies to all the islands.

PASSPORTS
A full and valid passport is required (this should be valid for a minimum period of six months). Please remember that babies and children must have their own passport.

IMMUNISATION
Though not usually necessary, we do advise that you check with you Doctor well in advance of travelling as to whether or not you need any vaccinations for the islands that you intend to visit.

INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance, which we can arrange on your behalf through Schofields Underwriting Services on behalf of certain Lloyd’s Syndicates. A copy of this policy will be forwarded to you on confirmation booking. This cover is only applicable to residents of the United Kingdom. Overseas residents must arrange their own travel insurance. Many credit card companies offer this service if you pay by credit card, we suggest you check the small print in your credit card agreement, ensuring that it includes emergency air evacuation if required.

AIR TRAVEL
The prices quoted on our website cover the cost of accommodation only. We do not book inter-continental air travel, which must be arranged through an ABTA bonded travel agent such as 1st Western Air travel, who offer our clients advantageous rates, or you may prefer to arrange your own flights.
